RIBC Loading Station

Our Rigid Intermediate Bulk Container (RIBC) Loading Station utilizes bulk bag dischargers and small bag dumps to transfer materials from bags to RIBCs. These RIBCs can then be used independently as a storage vessel before and after a batch, or as an access point in production.

Using RIBCs can make automating lot tracking, ingredient security and material mapping simple. Each structure is custom and designed to meet your specific needs, and are compatible with Monorail (ML), Fork Lift (FL) and Hoist Loading (HL) series bulk bag dischargers. Additional loading components such as bag dumps or bins can be added for flexibility.
