Our Negative Airlift System and ConTran continuous dense phase transfer technology maintains product shape while reducing breakage and fines. ConTran gently handles your product at relatively low pressure and high convey rates, resulting in minimal breakage and fines.

PVC Compounding - Bottom Up Model

Horizon Systems’ bottom-up blend system for PVC compounding (as an alternative to a top-down compounding tower) allows for a lower building head height by housing more equipment at ground level, making equipment easier to service.

PVC Compounding - Top-Down Model

When designing and building a blending system, accuracy is always a primary consideration.

However, in certain applications like PVC compounding, precision can be especially essential to achieve a perfect end product. PVC compounding typically follows one of two blending methods: top-down or bottom-up. While you can achieve a great product with either model, the top-down approach almost always achieves the best result.

Horizon Systems offers three base options for bulk bag unloading based on how you deliver bulk bags to discharge stations.

Featuring top loading filter media, easy access to media, less downtime for maintenance and no need for confined space permits, this is possibly the most maintenance-friendly filter available in the industry.

Silo Discharge Options

Accessing bulk ingredients stored in silos requires different discharge options based on material characteristics. Horizon Systems offers three convenient configurations – Bin Activator, Twin Screw, and Fluidizer Bed.

The Filter/Receiver RFTC Series has a quick release of the pivoting top plenum which provides easy access to the top removal style filter cartridges.

Vacuum Spray Cooling Tank

Horizon Systems’ spray tank offers efficiencies over vacuum spray tanks by using adjustable, high-pressure spray nozzles to deliver a continuous, evenly distributed water spray to cool the product. It can then be cut and handled quickly without affecting its shape.
