This Fill Head is utilized to assist in filling bulk bags by providing an inflatable seal to secure and seal the spout of the bulk bag.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • 8” Inlet flange with ANSI bolt pattern
  • Design to match a 14” – 16” diameter maximum bulk bag fill spout (Buyer to advise actual size)
  • Heavy duty rubber air bladder sleeve
  • Factory mounted manual air control valve and regulator
  • Two (2) Model Number F-235P-300 Air Intake Filter
  • 8.3 Square feet of cloth area
  • Designed for a maximum of 300 cfm
  • 3” Flanged line connection
  • Carbon steel weatherhood

OPTIONAL FEATURES

  • Carbon steel or stainless steel product contact surfaces
  • Support stand with adjustable bag support arms constructed of 4”, carbon steel, square tubing with adjustable bulk bag support arms
  • Varying bag/inlet dimensions
