2-Way Line – Flex Tube Diverter Valve HFTV Series

This valve is more affordable than a plug diverter. It can also be used in dense phase conveying, yet shouldn’t be used with abrasive materials.

  • Aluminum valve frame, covers and end plates
  • 304 Stainless Steel weatherproof housing and flex tube support
  • 304 Stainless Steel blade
  • Gates 690 SB natural rubber-lined flex hose
  • Food grade nylon pressure plates and silicone rubber load seals
  • Carbon steel, aluminum or stainless steel line adaptors
  • Double acting air cylinder
  • Single solenoid air control valve, NEMA 4 enclosure
  • Two (2) magnetic reed type proof switches, NEMA 6 enclosure

  • Stainless steel hose
  • High temperature design (up to 350˚F)
  • 304 Stainless Steel, electropolished, blade versus standard 304 stainless steel
  • Food grade PET or UHMW pressure plate seals versus standard nylon
