Horizon has introduced new designs for our Bulk Bag Dischargers.
Our three models — Forklift Load (FL) Series, Hoist Load (HL) Series and Monorail Load (ML) Series — make loading, unloading and clean-up easier and more efficient. Now they’re redesigned for better dust containment, easier operator access, more layout flexibility and better overall unloading reliability.
Improved Dust Containment
The updated designs feature a new dust collector modeled after the SideWinder filter, which can be positioned on the left, right or back side of the frame to best fit your plant’s layout.
Easier Access, More Flexibility
Additional improvements include multiple door orientation options and a hard-piped chute with an access door, replacing the previous flexible hose design.
Other updates include three iris valve options to accommodate varying bag discharge sizes, a one-touch inspection door on the untie hopper, and a centralized Festo air control train that simplifies compressed air connections.
Optimized Installation and Adaptability
Redesigned frame sections and a universal voltage control panel further improve assembly, installation and adaptability for a wide range of applications.
