This flexible tube type slide diverter is utilized to divert material flow in a dilute phase pneumatic conveying system from one source to either of two destinations.  This type of valve utilizes a sliding, orifice, plate, seal arrangement, and a flexible hose to allow for movement of the plate into the various positions. It can be equipped with multiple diverter/converging ports (typically three maximum).  The flexible hose can be rubber, PVC, or stainless steel dependent upon the application requirements.
