This valve is utilized to divert air from a pressure blower to either of two material pick-up points. The valve can also be utilized in a vacuum system to divert air from either of two vacuum blowers, to a single filter receiver, or from two filter receivers to a single vacuum pump. This valve utilizes a rubber disc seal arrangement that seats against either side of a directional chamber.
